We design, install, and service interior plant displays, rotational blooming plants, holiday decor, and ambient scenting for commercial businesses. 

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to supervise and assist with all lines of business under the Ambius umbrella.  This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and along with the Operations Manager, will be involved in team and strategic planning for the District.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Properly account for and sign for all shipments
  • Ensure that plants and flowers are unpacked and maintained properly
  • Make sure that all plant orders are picked and checked for accuracy
  • Check that all plants are cleaned according to policy and wrapped as required for safe transport
  • Make sure that all hard goods are received and stored in a safe and logical manner
  • Ensure that monthly inventory is counted, checked, and uploaded in our system.
  • Prepare for all aspects of the Holiday Installation season including ordering products (both greenery and décor) as well as managing the Holiday staff (seasonal-including both decorators and Holiday installers).
  • Manage a team of Installation professionals throughout the year, including the scheduling of all orders to be delivered to our clients’ job sites.
  • Prior warehouse or greenhouse experience would be a plus.
  • Previous experience in managing facilities and teams.
  • Previous experience in route based or service organizations.
  • This individual must be able to perform a somewhat physically demanding job on a daily basis.
  • This individual should be well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Candidate may be required to take, pass and maintain mandated pesticide training and licensing.
  • Also will need familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other operational equipment.
