CUSTOMER SERVICE / WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE
As member of the Operations team our goal is to enhance the customer service experience of our customers at every opportunity, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the requirements of the Operations Team, Sales Team and our Customers.
Responsible for performing sales orders, purchase order and warehouse transfer entries; pulling orders/product from the warehouse for shipment to internal/external customers, follow-through with purchases fulfillment, credit memo invoicing, inventory adjustments, receiving, and customer service duties in an efficient and accurate manner and general warehouse maintenance.

Education and/or Experience – High School diploma or GED and one to two years’ experience and/or training; in customer service and warehouse operations.
Interpersonal Skills - Bring an attitude of enthusiasm, team work and willingness to help. An integral part of the team to provide exceptional experiences to our customers, must be solutions oriented.
Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation
