Le titulaire de ce poste collabore étroitement avec chaque client afin d’évaluer ses besoins, d’identifier les problèmes spécifiques de parasites. Ceci permettra de choisir et de fournir les services appropriés pour protéger les lieux et d’assurer la satisfaction du client.   Responsabilités et fonctions essentielles   - Lutte antiparasitaire— effectuer des inspections pour déterminer la source de l’activité des parasites. Sélectionner et élaborer un plan d’action en matière de produits et de services pour y remédier. Appliquer des traitements antiparasitaires et installer des dispositifs afin de créer un environnement sans parasites. Conduire et entretenir les véhicules et les équipements de service.  - Expérience clientèle— établir des relations avec la clientèle en adoptant un comportement amical, serviable et courtois lors des visites de service. Être à l’écoute de leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs problèmes de parasites et ainsi faire des recommandations appropriées à leurs besoins. Identifier et les informer des offres de services supplémentaires qui leur seront utiles.   - Formation continue— se familiariser avec les produits et services offerts par la compagnie Rentokil Canada grâce à une formation rémunérée. Rester informé des dernières évolutions, tendances, technologies et règlements dans l’industrie de la lutte antiparasitaire. Participer aux formations dispensées par l’employeur sur les nouvelles méthodes, les nouveaux produits et services de la gamme de solutions de lutte antiparasitaire de Rentokil Canada. Obtenir et tenir à jour les licences/certificats requis par les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et locaux financés par Rentokil Canada.   Exigences du poste - Réussir la vérification des antécédents avant l’embauche - Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide et se soumettre à une vérification du dossier de conduite d’un véhicule à moteur.   - Disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi et le samedi au besoin Éducation et expérience  - Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent - Expérience en contact avec la clientèle souhaitée Autres compétences, qualités et aptitudes  - Souci du détail - Compétences avérées en communication orale et écrite  - Avide d’apprendre et d’acquérir des connaissances dans le domaine de la lutte antiparasitaire - Autonome après une période de formation.
